 Arrival, Registration, and Setup


  • 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Participant check-in, registration and calibration
  • 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Lunch on campus
  • 12 p.m.: Bus pick up from Dulles International Airport
  • 1:45 p.m.: Bus drop off at the Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot
  • 2:30 p.m.: Bus pick up at the Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot; departure at 2:45 p.m.
  • 5 p.m.: Bus pick up at Hale Field House; departure at 5:15 p.m.
  • 7 p.m.: Bus pick up from Dulles International Airport
  • 8:45 p.m.: Bus drop off at the Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot

APR 26

Competition Day and Opening Ceremony


  • 8 a.m.: Bus pick up at Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot; departure at 8:15 a.m.
  • 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.: Venue open to Junior teams
  • 11 a.m.:  Opening Ceremony
  • 12 - 5 p.m.: RoboCupJunior Challenges (Soccer, Rescue, OnStage)
  • 5 p.m.: Bus pick up at the Hale Field House; departure at 5:15 p.m.

APR 27

Competitions


  • 8 a.m.: Bus pick up at Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot; departure at 8:15 a.m.

  • 4 p.m.: Pack and clean team areas
  • 5 p.m.: Bus pick up at Hale Field House; departure at 5:15 p.m.

Shuttle Transport to Airports


  • Bus pick up at the Springhill Suites and Courtyard Hagerstown Hotel parking lot at 8:45 a.m.; departure at 9 a.m.
  • Bus drop off at Dulles International Airport at around 10:30 a.m.
